Reviewed Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
"For crispy fries, dip in egg whites instead of oil. You will need to coat your pan with cooking spray, though. I make these all the time and they are delicious...haven't tried adding brown sugar, though. To me they taste great with just the spices, then served with a little ranch dressing for dipping! Yum!""
