My Activity

Reviewed French Dip Sandwiches

"The onion spread is awesome and I'll never use store-bought french onion dip again! The beef was good and will make it on weekends. However, on weeknights I would just buy some deli beef, add a few spices and warm in beef broth.""

Reviewed Marbled Stuffed Potatoes

"This is a good way to make twice-baked potatoes more healthy. I hate sweet potatoes, but thought they added just enough extra flavor."

About Me

As a conference planner, I also plan the venues and meals for our conferences.  This allows me to try out many different types of food at both hotels and restaurants.  This is one of my favorite perks of the job.

When I'm home, I relax by cooking.  Nothing is better than spending a day in the kitchen, preparing a great meal.

The only drawback... After hours of preparation, dinner is usually over within 30 minutes!

Favorite Foods

Just about everything.  Family who visit are always excited to see what we will be eating.

My grown kids love it when we have "appetizer night".
