The ricotta made it even more soggy and made it fall apart. Dont know why Danny didnt wanna use mozarella? Anyways, i will never make this again. This turned me off to eggplant. yuck. way too messy. sorry...

I made this during the summer. No flavor, too much vegatables called for in this recipe. The chicken had no flavor, the bones were difficult to eat with the chicken. Roma tomatoes and zucchini do not mix, especially with chicken. BLEH! Even if I were on a diet, i wouldnt eat this. YUCH! Not worth buying the fennel bulb, and then having to throw away...

Reviewed Potatoes Gratin

Yummy! Didnt use any chives, and i used a little bit dried thyme instead of fresh. I used a food processor to slice the potatoes, so the cooking time is longer. Very good, creamy and cheesey! Great as a side dish! Make sure you use the right amount of potatoes so that it will cook thoroughly.
