This is an excellent dish and a very versatile sauce. I didn't oven finish and you could certainly use just about any fish. I enjoy pepitas, but you could also use panko flakes or some other seed for crunch. Easy on the peppers when handling as they are very hot! I added a little white wine on one occasion which also worked well. Plate up your entree...
