Reviewed Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes

When I made this the first time and baked for 45 minutes I noticed the center jiggled when I tried to pull it out, so I put it back in for another 15 or 20 minutes until the crust started to brown slightly. The whole cake was gone in 2 days and rendered rave reviews from my husband who doesn't have much of a sweet tooth. I'll never make a pumpkin...
