"This recipe was wonderful and my whole family throughly enjoyed it as well, even the picky ones! The steak turned out beautiful as well as the gravy. I may go a little lighter on the Dijon next time however, just personal taste. I am very cautious to fry anything but I followed all the steps accordingly and everything came out perfect. I did wrap a length of paper towel around a cooling rack that I set on a baking sheet to soak up any grease it could while keeping it warm in the 250 degree oven. I highly recommend trying this recipe!
