My Activity

Reviewed Brined Herb-Crusted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy

"This turkey was soooooo good! Every year in my family we have had the same turkey so I wanted to try a different recipe out. I instantly looked to Anne and found this recipe. The brine was so well worth it and the drying of the skin in the fridge also was well worth it. I was a supa-star in my kitchen!""

Reviewed Molasses Cookies

"These cookies were killer! They reminded me of the Holidays. They were spicy because of the ginger and cloves and they had an interesting flavor because of the molasses. I made these along with the ginger ice cream and both of them put together made a phenomenal dessert""

Reviewed Gnocchi with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Chanterelles

"Considering it was my first time making Gnocchi, it went very well for me. It does take a little while, but the end product is so good. Take the time though to boil the gnocchi for the proper amount of time. I would say at least 5 minutes.""

Reviewed Ginger Ice Cream

"This ice cream was literally phenomenal! It was the first ice cream I've ever made and after seeing Anne make this on TV this past weekend, I decided to use her help and tips in being successful with my first time ice cream making. The ginger was my favorite. Even if you don't like ginger, try it here. The sugar balances the taste and really makes""

About Me

I am a young teenage guy who loves cooking and who loves Food Network. I've been cooking ever since my grandma started me in the kitchen and my grandpa started me with Food Network. I look up to Anne Burrell. Her technique helps me shine in the kitchen everyday. I love making homemade pasta, braised dishes, risottos, steak, etc. Pretty much give me a recipe I'll cook it.

My dream is to go to Culinary School in the US and also in a different part of the world, preferably Italy. Italian food is my passion and that's usually what I revolve my cooking around at home.
