My Activity

Reviewed Oven Fried Chicken

"Made this tonight and it was delicious! I only had regular breadcrumbs but it still turned out great. I had quite a bit of leftover breading and since I just used a little at a time in a separate bowl I saved it in a bag in the fridge because I will definately be making this recipe again. ""

Reviewed Cheese Souffle

"This was my first attempt at making and eating a souffle and I think it turned out really good! I found the video for this episode on YouTube, watched it, and followed it exactly. It has A LOT more detail than just the recipe. I didn't have the "right" souffle dish but it still rose a good 3 inches, so don't let that deter you!""

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf- A.K.A 'Basic' Meat Loaf

"Delicious! When I mixed the ingredients I feared it was too loose. No need to fear though, it turned out perfect! Moist but sliced beautifully. The topping really adds to the final taste. ""

It would not allow me to post the link but if you search "Paula Deen Meatloaf" It will come up under "Old Fashioned Meatloaf" She only uses 1/4 cup of oatmeal and uses a can of diced tomatos not ""

Reviewed Easy Chicken-Mushroom Quesadillas

"Absolutely delicious! I loved the flavors of the spices. To make extra easy, I cooked the chicken all day in the crockpot. When it was done I allowed to cool for a few minutes and then cut/shredded to use in recipe. Extras can be used in another recipe or I made chicken salad. Will be making this again soon!"
