Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes
"Disclaimer: These cupcakes, as Ina Garten herself explained, do not contain any leavening ingredient, and therefore do not rise to what some might call "normal" cake consistency. Personally, this is why I enjoy these cupcakes so much.
The only adaptation I would make to this recipe is the addition of salt, as the cake and ganache are very sweet ""
