Reviewed Salisbury Steak With Mushrooms

Great recipe, I did make some modification. I used planko breadcrumb instead of crackers as they usually get soggy and are too salty. I sauteed the onion and also some garlic before adding to the meat mixture. after browning the meat I sauteed onion slices (as we do not like mushrooms) and then de-glazed the pan with red wine( Merlot), then added "
