"Aarti, my friends and I adore you. My BF and I made an Indian feast last night using the recipes from this episode. They were so fantastic! Her husband raved and said we got the flavors just right. Her 5 kids, who can be picky eaters, scarfed it up. (Well, the chicken anyway, they still didn't like cauliflower tho. ;) ) BF took a picture and posted it on her Facebook page, and then her teenage son posted a comment on how awesome it was. Thanks for demystifying Indian cuisine and making it accessable to the home cook. You rock!"
