No. Ziploc® Brand bags are not designed to withstand the extreme heat of boiling.
A nice google search of "ziplock omelettes" will lead you to some good need-to-know information. Of course when you call Ziplock customer service, don't be bothered by the laughing or irritated sighs from the CS rep.
