These are a great go-to quick appetizer. First couple times prepared came out greasy - added tsp of flour and no more grease - nice and crisp. Can change flavors - have added crushed red pepper with oregano; rosemary; thyme.

Great side for the dinner rotation! Can change up with different hard cheeses and herbs you have on hand; I've done just parm with thyme, rosemary, lemon zest.

Easy recipe and can do with pork or chicken. Love the idea of adding the thyme to olive oil/butter - tasty garnish. I added a tbsp of smoked paprika and pinch of cayenne to flour - excellent flavor!

These are a great go-to appetizer! I used parchment paper - came out totally fine. I added a tbsp flour - helps make crispy. What's great with these - you can add different ingreds to zest it up. I've used rosemary with crushed red pepper; thyme with cayenne - both were tasty.

Have made these several times - such a great, easy appetizer! Changed up the ingredients - basil (instead of parsley and mint), parmesan reggiano, and smoked paprika - finish with squeeze of fresh lemon - came out fantastic.
