"These potatoes are Really Good!! I really enjoyed the flavor, crispy texture and ease of preparation. I didn't have red potatoes so I used russet and they held up with out falling apart but if I cooked them any longer in the boiling water they would have turned to mashed potatoes when I tossed them in the butter mixture. I will make these often."
