My husband and I both thought this dish was great! I did season the chicken, as I always do, with salt and pepper before cooking it. Also, I used brown rice instead of cous cous. The flavors worked GREAT together and I will definitely be making it again. I think the flavor of the sauce also depends on the quality of tomatoes you use...
