Reviewed best tomato soup ever

Nov 8, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This soup is amazing. I made it just as instructed and I can't believe the depth of the flavors. This is now my favorite Tomato soup, I will never make canned soup again, and this is so easy to make. The only thing I did differently is that I used an immersion blender because I wanted more of a creamy consistency and not so chunky. Thank you ...

Reviewed stuffed baby bell peppers

Aug 28, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

These were fantastic. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using the grill instead of the oven. They were so flavorful and the lime squeeze at the end took it over the top. I had these as a main course with tortillas. A lighter version would be to use ground turkey which I will have to try, but either way delicious!

Reviewed winning recipe raspberry cupcakes with champagne buttercream frosting

Jul 2, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was not good at all. The cupcake was very dense, way too heavy. I like my cupcakes light and fluffy. I used raspberry flavor and twice the amount of raspberry puree, it made the cake look a little muddy. I made a raspberry sauce and put it over the top before topping with the frosting and that really helped with the flavor, but did not help...

This is very good. I only added 1/4 tsp salt and that was perfect. With the ancho vies and the parm cheese, I was afraid it might be to salty. Taste first before adding all the salt. Otherwise this was very tasty.

Reviewed Oven Roasted Chicken Tenders Saltimbocca

Jan 6, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

The entire meal is really good. By themselves they are good but combining the flavors really bumps it up. Make sure to use the lemon. The hazelnuts really add another level to the risotto. I really liked the arugula with this, I was not to sure but did it anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Will make this again.

This was the best chocolate cake I have ever made. Everyone one loved it and said that it was European bakery quality. The cake was moist and delicious.
