My Activity
Reviewed Fish Tacos with Chipotle Crema and Salsa Fresca
"The salsa in this recipe is so good, I make it often."
Reviewed Crispy Potato Cake
"The first time I made this, we ate it right away and it was great. Last night, I made it and put it into a 200 degree oven to keep warm while I finished the rest of the meal and they became soft and greasy. "
Reviewed Penne with Turkey Meatballs
" I made these meatballs from my cookbook and did not read these reviews before making them. Following the recipe, the first batch I cooked did not hold together so I then added more bread crumbs to the rest of the meat mix. These were too bland so I added more cheese and salt, but was still disappointed."
Reviewed Fromage Fort
"This is a keeper, I haven't made one yet that I did not like. Adding a little cottage cheese lightened it up a bit the last time I made it."

Reviewed Emeril's Chili
"I love the flavors. I mixed the spices with the onions before I added the meat. They seemed to blend in more evenly."
Reviewed Fresh Fettuccine with Roasted Chicken and Broccoli Rabe
"I've never had any luck cooking broccoli rabe--always comes out too bitter for me-- so I made this with leftovers in my refrigerator which were chicken, mushrooms and fresh spinach. Great sauce for using leftovers and I think it could be made using just the vegetables. "

"I've never had any luck cooking broccoli rabe--always comes out too bitter for me-- so I made this with chicken, mushrooms and spinach. Great recipe for using leftover chicken although I think it could be made even without the chicken-using just the vegetables. I had to thicken my sauce a bit, but no prob we ate the whole thing."
