" I made these meatballs from my cookbook and did not read these reviews before making them. Following the recipe, the first batch I cooked did not hold together so I then added more bread crumbs to the rest of the meat mix. These were too bland so I added more cheese and salt, but was still disappointed."

"I've never had any luck cooking broccoli rabe--always comes out too bitter for me-- so I made this with leftovers in my refrigerator which were chicken, mushrooms and fresh spinach. Great sauce for using leftovers and I think it could be made using just the vegetables. "

Great recipe for using leftover chicken although I think it could be made even without the chicken-using just the vegetables. I had to thicken my sauce a bit, but no prob we ate the whole thing."
