"Loved this recipe. Used pre-ground cumin instead of toasting. Once dressed it creates a lot of fluid. I recommend dressing and chilling only one hour before serving. Fresh and flavorful. The napa cabbage is mild and will appeal to those who don't usually like cabbage. "

"Okay. Not a tender meatball. I prefer a soft meatball with various meats, veal, pork and beef. The sauce is yummy but thin. I had to add a few extra bread crumbs and a little tomato paste to thicken the sauce, even after allowing to boil, uncovered, for over 40 min., after the 1st hour of simmerring.
