Loved this recipe. Used pre-ground cumin instead of toasting. Once dressed it creates a lot of fluid. I recommend dressing and chilling only one hour before serving. Fresh and flavorful. The napa cabbage is mild and will appeal to those who don't usually like cabbage. "

Okay. Not a tender meatball. I prefer a soft meatball with various meats, veal, pork and beef. The sauce is yummy but thin. I had to add a few extra bread crumbs and a little tomato paste to thicken the sauce, even after allowing to boil, uncovered, for over 40 min., after the 1st hour of simmerring. Family gave mixed reviews. Not sure it ...
