Reviewed Spring Green Risotto

Delicious ! I made some changes though. I added red bell peppers and some carrots to the dish as well. I have to say that there's absolutely no need for blanching the asparagus. I added it towards the end of cooking with an additional ladle of broth so it can cook in it and it was cooked perfect. I had frozen peas so no need for blanching either. "

One more home run Ina ! So delicious ! I did add only one tsp of salt but honestly I could have left it out completely ,it was delicious enough without it. Overall, I will make this again :) "

Must say that the flavors were spot on, really delicious. I added some oregano to the sauce and the filling. However, the sauce was very liquidy and way to much of it. It would have been enough sauce for two portions of this recipe. Manicotti ended up swimming in sauce, so I had to throw it out. Looks like that's just not enough flour to thicken a"

This recipe ROCKS ! I don't have an ice cream maker so I mixed it every hour from freezer with a hand held mixer in 3 rounds. It's a little bit of work but It came out out of this world creamy and just delish ! Was so worth it. I also used the same base for a Nutella Ice cream, except I left the peach preserves out. Made it for hubby, an ice cream "

I have to say, so so delicious ! Made few changes though. Couldn't find Dulce De Leche at my local supermarket so I made it myself. Preheat oven to 425F, place contents of one can of sweetened condensed milk in a oven proof dish, and place it in another larger dish with boiling water that would cover 3/4 of it. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, checking "

Delicious ! This was a home run with my guests and we had 2 children who went wild with this dip. Usually kids don't go well with spinach but this recipe was a so good. Even my husband loved it he demanded me to tell everyone how I made it. I followed the recipe to the Tee, just slightly omitted the red pepper flakes. Thanks Alton for yet another "

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Apple Crisp

Jan 24, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Delicious ! I made this recipe with half the apples and half the crisp plus I omitted on the sugar a lot and baked it in a Pyrex round dish. I used McIntosh Apples and my only complaint would be that the apples fell completely apart and lost on their texture. I also baked it for a full hour, maybe next time I will bake it for only 45 minutes and w"

Great flavor and consistency, however by the end of the day they collapsed somehow and became very chewy. I baked them on 350 but they didn't get that nice color, they turned out dirty pink in color.Delicious but not crusty. They were much better than Ina's for sure."

I made this pie for Christmas Eve and it turned out ok, not what i had expected. I used 2 types of apples and the consistency wasn't great, next time I will use only one and more than the recipe suggests, at least 4,4.5 lbs instead. The flavor was there but the filling was very runny (and i did use 3 heaping tbsp of tapioca starch. Also the glaze b"

Very disappointing. It's runny and shapeless, tastes like coconut out from the box. They didn't make it to my holiday table, real waste of time and money. "
