this was my first time cooking Kale, and this was SO GOOD. my whole family loved it. you do get a lot of pots dirty, but it's worth it. I steamed the kale, instead of boiling it, and it was perfect. also, i added red peppers when i carmalized the shallots and that was awesome!"

This recipe was NOT worth the effort.. the end result just tasted like a corn tortilla. My husband is from Argentina, so i've had many empanadas and the dough is nothing like this. Also and 8 in circle is WAY TOO big! we're not asking for a tortilla recipe!!

AMAZING!!! some how rich, yet light and fluffy at the same time! (probably from sifting everything, which I thought was annoying, but now I see its worth it)
Left it in about 3-4 minutes longer than recipe said and turned the oven to 325 for the last 4 min cuz i was getting impatient. I also took it out very slightly under-done and allowed...
