"I found this recipe to be bland. I like Tyler. Mostly, he is pretty right on. Here, not so much. I tossed an ancho in adobo in with the meat, wine etc. phase and was pleasantly rewarded with a more flavorful stew. Also, forget the cloves and use allspice."
