Reviewed Radiance Fruit Salad

"DELICIOUS!!! I served this salad at a brunch I hosted and my guests loved it. I agree with past comments: the dressing is the key! I used fresh mint from my garden; that coupled with the lime and honey - agree again with others - no more boring fruit salad. As another splash of color (but mosly because I had them and needed to use them) I sprinkle"

Reviewed Monster Mash

"Absolutely scrumptious! Made it this afternoon for a football party and it was a HUGE hit! I did take the suggestion from another post and added cream cheese to the bottome of the dish...it added another depth of texture and flavor. I will certainly make this again!""

Reviewed Avocado and Cilantro Mousse

"This is an absolutely delightful dish! I made it for a Christmas party and literally everyone wanted the recipe. I didn't have a mold or ramekins so I used only half of the gelatin and served it from a beautiful crystal pedestal serving dish - it worked out great. This dish is not only delicious but it is a lovely presentation too. The toasted bread makes a great combination. Thanks Marcela - your recipes are wonderful and I love your show!!!

Reviewed Brussels Sprouts Supreme

"Absolutely delicious! I made these as part of my Thanksgiving sides - to jazz up the traditional sides. This was a HUGE hit!!! A friend who isn't even a fan of brussel sprouts had two servings. I would definitely make this again. I did cook the sprouts a little less than the recipe called for - about two min. less - as I wanted to make sure they were al dente and not mushy. I recommend this recipe with out a doubt!!!
