"My daughter's on a diet so I 86'd the Pancetta and doubled up on the celery, onion, garlic and chicken. I browned the chicken (bone in) before I cooked the veggies and deglazed the pan with 1/2 cup white wine, Added the tomato paste and cooked it with the veggies a bit before adding the chicken stock. FABULOUS! VERY TASTY!!!! Thank for sharing Giada!"
