"I actually made this with tofu and it was absolutly amazing! I served it over linguine and my whole family loved it! I've made it with and without the capers and it's good either way, just a matter of personal preference.

"This is my all-time favorite veg chili! I leave out the jalapeno and skimp a little on the hot sauce when I make it for my 2 year old daughter, but would leave it in when I used to make it for just my husband who likes it hot. It's great either way. I always use the full can of refried beans, it's super yum and doesn't go to waste :)
