"Yum! I loved learning how to make my own fig spread. Really tasty. I was a little nervous about the mortadella since it's not my favorite deli meat. It actually works really well, adds a bit of creaminess to the sandwich for me. Very good and easy. Make a lot of fig spread though. Will try to use for other sandwiches and cheese plates. ""

"Very tasty! The creamy mascarpone is excellent. HOWEVER make sure you buy nectarines that half easily. I bought some beautiful nectarines but the pits were very clingy and I basically had to grill in slices instead of the halves. It wasn't as pretty, but still tasted great. "Amazing! Followed the recipe exactly and the burgers were so yummy. I will definitely be making these again. Really easy and a total crowd pleaser. The tallegio cheese was pretty stinky and hard to slice, but once it melts on the burgers the flavor really mellows out and is so good. Delicious!"
