Reviewed Crispy Eggplant and Mushroom Lasagna

This recipe is great. I made it as is. It was time consuming! I would do the following next time:
Puree the bean soup with blender stick, add something to contribute to the spice - red pepper, maybe on the eggplant and mushrooms or in the sauce? I would use the three cheese blend instead of just parmesan and I would try to bake the eggplant...
