My Activity
Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup
"I found myself spooning around the meatballs. I realize that I'm in the minority here, but they weren't really that good. I followed the recipe and used top shelf cheese. The soup was teriffic! Just think I'll use pork next go around."

About Me
I describe myself as "self unemployed". This is because I am in the real estate field. And do to the current economic times, I find myself with lots of time to cook. I love to see people enjoying the meals I prepare. I do my best to avoid canned foods at all times. Fresh is the key to nearly all of my recipes. I also am very picky about spices. They must be fresh.
Favorite Foods
I'm not really a baker. But I'm well rounded in most cuisines (Indian being the exception). I'm best known by local retreat groups for cooking food that tastes like mom's but is cooked for 100 /- plates at a time. And since I don't have a wood burning oven, my favorite chain restaurant is Carrabbas.
