Reviewed Lentil and Kale Salad
"This was really good! I also used pre-wash kale and cooked green lentils which made it real easy. I didn't have champagne vinegar but used raspberry vinegar instead. The cranberries and feta made it decadent. ITs been in the fridge for 3 days now- I nibble on it each day- I think it might be getting better!"
