"Made these as a side dish for dinner one night and they were amazing, my husband raved about them! We had a lot left over and they re-heat perfectly. I followed the recipe almost exactly, I only took the sage leaves out at the last 15 min because they started to burn and I didnt want the fries to have a burnt taste, but other than that the recipe ""
