Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth

A fantastic "light" dish with a lot of flavor! I like that it's different & not heavy/rich. I have made this several times. I've used arugula when I don't have spinach & I've actually used haddock more often than Halibut, as it's less expensive & tastes just as good. ""
