"I can't imagine making chili from brisket. Here in Texas we make BBQ from brisket.
There is no way that this is Texas Chili. For sure we don’t put tomatoes or beans in our chili. Those huge chunks of meat makes it more of a stew. I hope anyone reading this will try Real Texas Chili.
The main things we use to top our Chili with are shredded cheddar, chopped onions, and sliced jalapeno peppers."

"This recipe must be misnamed. Real Texas Chili never contains tomatoes. And, no way would it have cinnamon in it. At least there were on beans in it.
