Reviewed Penne with Shrimp and Herbed Cream Sauce

You will definitely want to make a roux to thicken this sauce. I followed this recipe to a T and even simmered it longer and the sauce was way too thin! The flavor was there but next time I make it I will make some adjustments. I served this with a garden salad, garlic bread and Sauvignon Blanc... my BF loved it :) eventhough it was runny.
