Excellent. Restaurant quality. Very Easy. keep an eye on the leeks, I sliced mine into rings, easier to serve and eat. Leeks were done in 20 mins. Cooked salmon for 25 mins, let rest for 5 mins while the herb butter melted. (I forgot to turn down oven temp, still came out perfectly cook and moist.). Kids loved it, too. It 's a keeper. "
