Reviewed Chocolate Coconut Balls

"Like many other reviews, I found the dough difficult to mold into shape. Then I thought, "hmmm. What makes sticky stuff easier to manipulate?" The answer, of course, is a lubricant, like water! If you dip your fingers in ice water and then handle the dough, it shapes much better. Because the water adds moisture to the mixture, stick the shaped dough in a 250 degree oven for 10 minutes and then pop in the frige for an hour. Much easier! And super yummy after dipped in chocolate!!"
