My Activity

Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

"These cookies are delicious and addicting. I added more lemon zest and juice than the recipe calls for and they were fantastic. I served these with fresh strawberries macerated in Grand Marnier "

Reviewed Balsamic Chicken Drumettes

"My supposed "glaze" did not turn into a sticky glaze like it was supposed to and I do not like the combination of soy sauce with balsamic. I cut down on the soy and the chicken had a good flavor."

Reviewed Rabbit Cooked Like a Tuscan Pig: Coniglio in Porchetta

"This recipe was good but nothing spectacular. I deboned and my rabbit accordingly and I can say that deboning a rabbit is not as easy as it looks on YouTube. I added some spinach to my filling and it was quite tasty. When I filled my rabbit, it turned out more like a roulade but still good."

Reviewed Roasted and Pureed Cauliflower

"So good and so easy! I roasted garlic with my cauliflower and then added it to my puree. I found that my puree was too thin so I added a few small potatoes to the mixture and it turned out fantastic. Adding parmesan is also really tasty."

Reviewed Tomato Sauce

"This is a really good sauce and super easy to make! I kept the skins on and I added some dried red chili flakes and fresh basil. I made ratatouille (exactly like the dish made in the movie and it was delicious!"

Reviewed Beet and Red Onion Potato Latkes with Carrot Puree and Horseradish and Caraway Creme Fraiche

"These were absolutely delicious! I saw this recipe on The Best Thing I Ever Ate and I had to make these. The flavors were balanced well with a really nice texture. I skipped the carrot puree since it didn't appeal to me, but the horseradish creme fraiche was delicious with the latkes.""
