I'm Katie. I've been trying to teach myself how to cook for the past 3 years. I love love love food. I will usually try anything at least once, and I crave trying different cuisines. I wish that my mate was always around so that I could cook for him and myself when I get my cooking itch. I don't like cooking for myself because sharing makes everything taste better.
I serve tables and bartend. I've recently graduated and receieved my B.A in Anthropology and Archaeology. In my studies of people and past cultures, I always find my mind wandering back to food. What did they eat?? How did they prepare it? Nerdy, I know.
I have a very stronge inclination to eat things with fresh ingredients. I am not necessarily a health nut, but my body craves what it needs most. So I love to eat salads and fish. I love vegetables. I get the worst cravings for steaks, though I have never successfully cooked my own. Food is a passion of mine. I love to eat.
