"This was an easy to follow delicious recipe! I did make a few changes of my own based on the ingredients available in my local market, as well as due to the quirks of my own oven. I followed the video and used the foil triangle which helped keep the white meat from overcooking. Instead of starting at 500 with the oven, i started at 475 for 20 mi"
