Reviewed Lentil Quinoa Salad

This was blah. I was excited to make it and was disappointed. I made it as specified and added in fresh garlic, jalapenos and chopped orange pepper to make it a little better. Its eatable, but definitely not a keeper. I don't want to throw it out so i'll eat it. Probably with a few squirts of siracha on it. That makes everything better!"

I really liked the sauce for this dish, but i thought it was a little thick to be a stir fry sauce. i would have liked it much more as a dipping sauce. i think the fresh ginger really made it. i didnt use all the vegetables that were suggested. i just used a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables and added in scallions. per other people's suggestio"

I've made this several times. It's excellent. Sometimes ground italian turkey sausage is hard to find so I substitute with other things. I tend to add extra garlic, salt, pepper and spices, but It's a nice simple, basic meal. "

I didnt have snow peas so i used frozen peas. It was still good. I ate it on brown rice. I will definitely make again. It's better than those other sweet and sou...

I used a small box of peas (didnt measure) and used a little extra proscuitto because thats the package it came in. I added a few extra garlic cloves to the onion mixture and added a little more salt and pepper. Turned out great. I'll definitel"

I've made this several times. I change it up a little though. I usually use canned pineapple and use 2 cups of frozen corn. I dont even cook it first, just throw it in. I didnt feel like buying sherry vinegar so i used red wine vinegar and it was great. I like the heat and dont seed the jalapenos. It's nice and spicy. Everyone loves it. It's...

I thought this was recipe was good, but didnt give it 5 starts due to the adjustments i had to make. i have a good size trifle dish and certainly did NOT need 2 batches of gingerbread. i didnt even use a full batch, used about 4/5th's of a pan.
