About Me
I teach HS art, make and sell my own wheel-thrown pottery, and I'm just learning to knit. I cook primarily for my husband, who always is willing to go along with my new ideas. I am inspired to cook because after years of going out to restaurants, I discovered that I can make most things in a tastier and healthier way,
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods to cook are any veggie, pasta, pork tenderloin, and breakfast. I love to bake, and the lastest cuisine I've been working on is Indian. I am famous for my spanokopita, and my favorite local restaurant is Spice -- a Nyack, NY Indian restaurant (amazing food and cocktails)!
