Oh so fabulous! I used a cup of applesauce instead of the oil. Cuts calories and everyone still loves it. I agree w/ Ree that this cake should be given as gifts to your best friends, freshly iced as it is very dangerous to keep in house...for the waist line, that is. I had it for breakfast this morning and what a way to bring in the day! :D "
