"OMG - I am the biggest fan! When Dr. Oz said quinoa was a superfood with high protein and lean, I didn't think it would taste very good. Giada has the right - EASY - ingredients for me. I am a recipe follower for the most party but I added 1/2 lemon and 1/2 garlic oil instead of plain ol' EVOO. Light, zesty and oh so fabulous for entertaining. I have the pickiest of hubbies, and he is going to LOVE this dish. (left out the basil b/c it was out of season but still delicioso)"
"The broth was light and flavorful - not too spicy. I followed the recipe, however I didn't add clams and put in a whole cooked Dungeness crab in the last few minutes instead. I added Chilean Sea Bass (.5 lb)Delicious! On the table I had sliced lemons and a sourdough bagette. My husband said it was the "best!" I will definitely make this dish again during the holiday season - it's a good reason to invite friends to visit for a bite ;-)
