Reviewed Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze

Oct 15, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

I have made this several times and its fabulous. I glaze more often than it calls for to make a thicker crust of glaze and I use apple cider to make a thicker glaze. Go to Sams for the pork roast - great roast at a good price.

I made thise for a Cinqo de Mayo party this past weekend. They were a hit. But I left the seeds in the peppers and it was a bit to hot so make sure you take the seeds out unless you want it kicked up! Also I used taco seasoning instead of a mexican blend. I did not want to buy a jar of that when it was only 1 tsp. Enjoy!"

I made this for the football games this past weekend and my guests took the recipe home with them! I left the shrimp very chunky so you had a big piece with every scoop. I also added fresh green onions to the top when it came out of the oven for garnish. Enjoy!""

This was my first time making butternut squash soup and it was fabulous. Made a few adjustments. I used my homemade chicken stalk instead of apple cider. I thought it maybe to sweet. Used 5 apples and added about a teaspoon of nutmeg and ginger. Thanks Ina!""

I would like to make this for my upcoming progressive dinner with our neighbors. It is a mexican theme. Did anyone use triple sec instead of grand marnier? I have triple sec at home and I know grand marnier is very pricy. Let me know if any has any suggestions! Thank you!"
