Reviewed Pasta Dough for Ravioli
"A simple pasta dough recipe. Nothing special but works perfectly not only for Ravioli but for other pastas as well.
Reviewed Pineapple Glazed Pork Ribs
"I don't normally make ribs in the oven, that is something I still think is best done in my smoker. But lacking time and wood I decided to try this recipe. It was surprisingly tasty and is something I will do again. Also using five spice was a nice asian flavoring to ribs and something that I will try to incorporate in my other dry rubs more. I did take the advance of another comment which was to add cider vinigar into the sauce and I'm glad I did it cut down the sweetness quite a bit.
Overall I still perfer my smoker but I would make this recipe again, and when I do smoke my ribs I will use this sauce as basting sauce

Reviewed Pumpkin and Maple Cream Cheese Pie
"This is a great alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie. Extremely easy to make, instead of using canned pumpkin I used puree made from a Sweet Pie Pumpkin. Also top this with homemade whip topping following this simple recipe
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon bourbon
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer beginning to thicken. Add the brown sugar, vanilla and bourbon then continue to beat until soft peaks form. .
"An extremely easy recipe and a great way to use up extra pumpkin when cooking up pumpkin pies for the holidays.
