"We made this last night for a crowd and it was a big hit. Next time we would definitely add the seeds in the serrano and possibly another serrano. We could taste the heat but we love things hot and with the mint this would be wonderful very spicy!"

"The couscous had great flavor but the chicken was so-so and it was a LOT of work. There was a lot of steps in the recipe and in order for it to get put into our family recipe book it needs to blow my socks off for taking that much time. It did not. As I said the couscous was good but for all of the time that this took it should have been better.
