follow up to previous review....Tried a dozen with chocolate chips, one with butterscotch and one with white chocolate chips. They're good although original recipe is the best!! The white chocolate chips made them taste like a fluffernutter sandwich!

AMAZING!! Everyone loves them! I use 1/2 regular granulated sugar and 1/2 brown sugar like I read on previous comments. I also only cook for 10 minutes so they stay nice and soft. I have to make a batch every week due to popular demand! :)

Another hit. I didn't use the lemon zest thou. I kinda was a bit unsure about the nutmeg but it seemed to round it out a bit. I'm not a huge fan of Parmesean although I used it in this batch. I think in the future I may use 1/2 parmesean for consistency and 1/2 pecorino ramano.

Yummy! Will definitely make again. Added more nutmeg though I like a little more spice. Thinking of adding some rum to it next time as well.

I doubled the recipe...I added a bit more cheese and a little less onion....went over big by two fussy eaters! Will definitely make again! :) Was my first recipe I tried and reviewed on Foodnetwork.com so I'm excited!
