I did a trial run for my Chrismas dinner. I cooked a couple without changing a thing. I liked it but didn't love it. I made the next two, one picatta style and one regular. both were very good because one simple change. I love making Ann's recipes and ive made more than a dozen and this one ROCKS! The only thing I found wrong is the skin needs to be off the chicken. I love (even though skin is not healthy but a crispy skin is irresistable Leave it off because it gets soggy even after crisping it up by putting a lid on the pan while braising it. This is my favorit"

My boyfriend liked it more than I did. But I must admit we like medium rare and I grilled it MW to well. I cut the salt almost in half and am glad I did, i'm not overly salt sensitve but I couldn't imagine it being any good with that muchsalt,half was plenty. Ann's Tuscan Geilled Porterhouse Recipe is still my fave, even if u sub a ribeye.

I feel like a scmuck giving this not such a great review. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because I should have realized it's not my type of cooking. For such an unhealthy dish, it wasn't good. Had to throw it out and I hate to waste food. One suggestion, like the vidio shows,use a 9x9 not a 9x13 as it calls for here. that would help a little"
