Reviewed Corn Casserole

I have made this several times, and it is a "keeper". I do not melt the cheese on top. I follow the rest of the recipe exactly except for cutting down a bit on the amount of butter. I serve it two ways

1. as a side dish for soup, chili, or pot roast
2. as a breakfast item...........I put a bit of maple syrup on top ...
