Spicy and sweet! I cut the amount of red pepper flake by half and it was still pretty spicy (which I liked). I think 1 teaspoon would have been too much heat for me. I served these alongside Guy's "Dirty P's Garlic-Ginger Chicken Thighs" - good pairing."

Perfect weeknight dinner! These were delicious - I would definitely make them again. It took me a bit longer than Rachael, but it was worth the time. Instead of potato salad, I served the sandwiches with Aaron McCargo's Spicy Sweet Collards. Yum-O!""
