Reviewed Green Bean Stir-Fry
"Spicy and sweet! I cut the amount of red pepper flake by half and it was still pretty spicy (which I liked). I think 1 teaspoon would have been too much heat for me. I served these alongside Guy's "Dirty P's Garlic-Ginger Chicken Thighs" - good pairing."
"Very tasty! As Guy would say, these were a first class ticket to Flavortown! I marinated for about 8 hours and they were great, but I think I may go for even more flavor next time and marinate overnight. This recipe definitely makes the cut and will become part of my recipe collection. Thanks, Guy!"
Reviewed Grilled Lamb and Feta Burgers
"This was my first attempt at lamb burgers. They were delicious! I overdid it with the lemon in the tzatziki sauce (my fault - I didn't measure!, but I'm pretty sure that if I'd actually followed the directions it would have been better. I loved the flavor of the lamb with the allspice. This recipe is a winner and I will definitely make it agai"
"Yum! I just made these (plain version) and they are delicious! I think the yield is wrong on this recipe because I shaped my dough close to Claire's proportions and I got about 21 cookies (instead of the 65 stated on the recipe). This recipe is a keeper. I can't wait to try the pecan version!""
Reviewed Super Sloppy Joes
"Perfect weeknight dinner! These were delicious - I would definitely make them again. It took me a bit longer than Rachael, but it was worth the time. Instead of potato salad, I served the sandwiches with Aaron McCargo's Spicy Sweet Collards. Yum-O!""
