Reviewed Tilapia with Citrus Bagna Cauda

I have learned to not doubt Giada! I really wasn't sure about the flavor combination in this sauce, but I tried it after reading the other reviews and it was DELICIOUS! My husband can be a little picky and he was unsure since he saw me put in the anchovies, but one bite and he was raving about the sauce. Definitely double the sauce (maybe even tri"

Delicious!! My family loved this recipe. I made the following adjustments: substituted one sweet potato for the russet potato; doubled the recipe; added sliced mushrooms with the veggies; for the dumplings I used Aunt Jemima whole wheat blend pancake and waffle mix (combined with about 2/3 c warm milk and some chopped fresh chives. I did add anot...

This recipe is awesome! I was skeptical about the tomato sauce - not a method I have ever used for making a red sauce - but it was delicious. I used whole wheat lasagna noodles and they worked really well. My entire family loved it. The other reviews are correct that the pumpkin flavor is subtle but you can definitely taste it. In fact, when ...

AMAZING!!!! This stuffing might be the most delicious thing in the world! I did put a little extra mascarpone in just to make it a little creamier, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. I served these at a cocktail party and everyone loved them.""

My husband recently had a few colleagues over for appetizers and cocktails before going out to dinner. I served this along with Ina's stuffed mushrooms (the stuffed mushrooms are to die for)... this cheesecake was "OK"... easy to make and I love that you can make it in advance. The favors were good but the consistency was a little odd - not what ...

Reviewed Orzo Salad

Sep 7, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is one of my go-to recipes for BBQ's and backyard parties. The flavors go perfectly together. I have made this many, many times. I always add the dressing when the orzo is still warm, so the pasta absorbs the dressing. I usually do add the full amount - it all gets absorbed into the pasta and gives it great flavor. This is also great becaus...

Delicious!! I made this for a Labor Day party since we had so many kids attending... I left the tomatoes out just because I know some of the kids don't like them. I was concerned that the flavor would be too grown up - but all of the kids, and all of the adults, LOVED it. I doubled the recipe and split it into two 9x13 pans. When I was adding th...

Really delicious!!! I only used 1 cup of chicken stock, otherwise I think it would have been too soupy. I used tomatillo salsa and omitted the jalapeño (because the salsa was a bit spicy) and the flavor was great. Also..... I totally flaked and forgot to put in the creme fraiche!! But no one knew the difference and my husband and son both loved it.

Reviewed Barbecued Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Homemade BBQ Sauce, Cole Slaw, and Fried Pickles

Dec 23, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is the BEST pulled pork recipe!! I make it in the oven like the recipe says then put it into a crock pot on low after it's pulled, so it stays warm and everyone can help themselves. I heat the sauce in a pan so the sugar dissolves.....my husband especially likes snacking on the leftovers!

Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina

Dec 23, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is a great recipe (and great for picky kids!) but I do think the recipe is a little bland. I add some dried Italian seasoning to the chicken/onion/garlic mixture when it's cooking. I also drizzle the top with olive oil rather than using butter. Really yummy!!!

Perfect recipe! These cooked in about 16-17 minutes for me and made exactly 4 dozen. Great for the holidays.
