Reviewed Spinach Fettuccine with Clam-Butter Sauce and Diced Tomatoes
"Delicious! I was a little skeptical at first, that this dish would have enough flavor, but it was wonderful! I made some substitutions, based on what I had on hand: I used regular fettuccine since my store did not carry spinach kind, and I added 1/2 C. clam juice to give it more clam flavor, used dried thyme and oregano, I drizzled it with a little olive oil at the end and topped it with parmesan cheese. It turned out wonderful! and I was surprised at how much it made- 5 huge servings! Definitely a dinner staple in my home, thanks Robin!"
